As the Customer Success Manager, Eliana supports a best-in-class experience for clients across our portfolio. Previously, she served as the Director of Student Life at Santa Barbara Hillel. There, she managed a team dedicated to dynamic student engagement and positive relationships with other campus organizations, donors, board members, and community members.

 

In her free time, she loves being in the great outdoors, traveling, trying a new coffee shop, and most importantly spending time with family and friends.

 

She graduated from Chapman University with her B.A. in Integrated Educational Studies with Emphasis in Teaching and Learning in the Community, with minors in Leadership Studies and Spanish. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from University of Massachusetts Global.
